10 Easy Ways to Improve Sleep Quality

Beware of sleep disorders ranging from mild to acute insomnia. Need a strategy to get more quality sleep.

Sleep disorders can interfere with all our daily activities. Because the brain's ability to process incoming information has decreased. As a result, concentration and memory weakened.

1. Get used to sleeping with the same schedule, either when going to bed and waking up.
